Shipping policy
We provide worldwide standard shipping via reliable courier services such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, and DPD.
We offer free shipping for all orders.
Please note: for orders outside of the EU duties are not included.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We process orders within 1-4 business days after placing the order. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Upon receipt of your payment, orders are usually ready for dispatch in 1-4 business days after. Please note orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or during Polish holidays.
Typically, orders are delivered within 2–4 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation email is sent. For European orders, please allow 1 to 7 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment email. Please note that, as we are a low-stock brand, a delivery period for certain items may take up to 21 days. Please contact us before placing an order to know the exact delivery period for the particular item.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or other delays by the shipping company.
